Week - 31 - Oh my Lord! Chelsea beat Arsenal 6 - 0 and the referee sends off the wrong player (see above right). Liverpool won 3 - 6 at Cardiff with Luis Suarez scoring another hat trick but Man City could only manage 5 in beating Fulham 5 - 0 with a Ya Ya hat trick. A couple of wonder goals to tell you about, Wayne Rooney scored with a volley from near the half way line but that was topped for me by an amazing volley by Alex Tettey for Norwich against Sunderland. That's just the weekend!

TJG Fantasy Football - Week 30

Week - 30 - Time must be running out for David Moyes after another home defeat for Man Utd, losing 0 - 3 to Liverpool. His chances of making the Champions League spot are now "slim and none... and slim may have just left town" Kingpin 1996. Liverpool were actually awarded 3 penalties (at Old Trafford!) with Steven Gerrard scoring the first two and hitting the post with other. The 3rd penalty saw Vidic sent off after a disgraceful dive by Sturridge. Man City also had Vincent Kompany sent off...

TJG Fantasy Football - Week 29

Week - 29 - Not many games this weekend with the FA Cup Quarter finals. Chelsea beat Spurs 4 - 0 which was made a bit flattering with 2 late goals from Demba Ba. The first goal was scored by their 49 year old striker Samuel Eto'o but his back gave way in the celebration (see above). Mourinho would still rather be 9 points behind with 3 games in hand! Man Utd moved closer to that Europa League spot that all their fans crave with a comfortable 0 - 3 win at West Brom. Cardiff beat Fulham 3 - 1 ...

Week - 28 - Lets start with Alan Pardew shall we? He should know better in these times where Football is becoming a non contact sport. However he was fortunate to pick one of the few players who wouldn't go down like a 'Ton of Bricks'. What did make me laugh was on MOTD they were praising David Meyler for not reacting! The truth was he would've walked over hot coals to lamp him but was held back by about 5 players! On the pitch Liverpool negotiated a tough fixture winning 0 - 3 at Southamp...
