Another month nearer the 'Holy Grail' of being Fantasy Kick Off Champion. It's all settled down now with not much change in the Top 2 but the battle for 3rd is hotting up. Barney Le Fevre still leads with 2285 points and Neil Burke is quite a way back in 2nd on 2199 points. There is then another sizeable gap to Paul Wheatcroft in 3rd on 2121 points but Ally Townend is only 2 points further back. 
I returned to oblivion in April (wrong Captain, wrong players on the bench), so decided to try and set up my team for May, by doing loads of transfers, it probably wont work! 
MOTM for April was Michael Barnard. Michael threw the kitchen sink at April, playing Bench Boost and Free Hit and almost took the Highest Weekly Score in the process (scoring 118 points, just 3 points short). In 2nd place and only 10 points behind was David Fieldhouse. Michael won with 263 points with David scoring 253 points.
Rollover '100' - Slight change this season. The first person to score exactly 100 points will win £25, the last person will win £100 (could win both if the only person). If no one scores exactly 100 points it will go to the closest person (first person to be closest). In Week 20 Ben Wareing scored the magical 100 points to claim the £25. He now has to sit tight and hope no one else scores 100 points to pick up the remaining £100. Still no one has dislodged Ben on the magical 100 points, only 2 more weeks to survive.
The Kick Off Cup saw the Semi Final stage and the Final will be between our 2 leaders in the league, Barney Le Fevre v Neil Burke. Marvin Simmonds was the unlucky player this month, missing out by just 1 points! 
Highest Weekly Score Leader - The highest weekly score leader is Steve Lamb who scored a massive 121 points in Week 31. It looked like this was sure to go in Week 34 but somehow no one managed it.
