TJG Fantasy Football - Week 3
September 6, 2013Week 3 - Super Sunday saw Arsenal beat Spurs 1 - 0 and Liverpool beat Man Utd by the same score. Liverpool top the league for the first time since Bill Shankly was born (100 years ago today) or it at least seems that long! Gareth Bale finally went to Real Madrid for a few million €uros and Mesut Özil joined the Premiership on deadline day.
This week saw the first crowning of MOTM with Ryan Grogan holding on to top spot with 218 points, 15 clear of Hiten Pandya with Anslem Miranda claiming the final podium place only a further 1 point behind.
My nightmare start continues! Played the Wildcard but my choice of Captain has been a disaster. Wk1 - Mata 2pts, Wk2 - RVP 2pts, Wk3 - Dzeko 1pt.
