TJG Fantasy Football - Week 16
Week 16 - Were Spurs right to get rid of AVB after a humiliating, embarrassing, nowhere to hide, 5 - 0 home defeat to Liverpool? A bit harsh considering that they spent £100m on some rubbish players. Luis Suarez was at it again with 2 more goals and 3 assists and who needs Gerrard when you've got Jordan Henderson! Arsenal's title ambitions took a hammering at Man City going down 6 - 3 in a lunchtime thriller. Fernandinho scoring his first 2 goals for City. Man Utd got back to winning ways with Danny Welbeck scoring twice in a 3 - 0 win at Cardiff. Oh, Steve Clarke was sacked as West Brom Manager as well, probably for having a 'face like a smacked arse'!
MOTW was Tye Hamou with a nice round 100 points, a great effort. Serif Girgin is still leader of December MOTM with 260 points but Ted is only 4 points behind and in the Overall table at the top Ted is only 5 points behind Ben. Has Ted turned into a 'Bridesmaid' again?
'Schoolboy Error' not having faith in Suarez as Captain. Another massive 22 points (doubled to 44). Up to my highest position of the season - 25th but I did delete 6 players this week.
