TJG Fantasy Football - Week 24

Week - 24 - Chelsea went to the Etihad and left with all 3 points after a 1 -0 win over Man City. Despite being level on points with City and only 2 points behind Arsenal, Jose Mourinho still thinks that his side "are a little horse that still needs milk and to learn how to jump. A horse that next season can race".
West Ham got back to winning ways despite having 'Big' Andy Carroll sent off for accidently catching Chico Flores in the face while impersonating a helicopter. Chico went down like he'd been punched by Mike Tyson but 'Big' Sam wasn't as amused as the last time Chico feigned injury against West Ham.

Man Utd lost again, this time to Stoke City thanks to a double from 'Big' Charlie Adam, the second an absolute 'worldie'. David Moyes is still confident he can turn it around as demonstrated below.

MOTW was John/Dylan Salt (again!) demonstrating all the traits of a misspent youth and Dylan looks like he's going the same way! Their 67 points also leads the way in the February MOTM. Ben Wareing has reclaimed the overall lead with 1487 points.
Not a bad week and I even did an inspired transfer bringing in Super Kev (Mirallas) but my inspired choice of Captain (Leighton Baines) wasn't so inspired. |
